  • We know emergencies don't always happen on schedule. Please call us as soon as possible if your pet needs urgent attention. While we don't accept walk ins, our team will do everything we can to help or direct you to the best place for immediate care.

  • At this time, we focus on dogs and cats only. We’re happy to refer you to a trusted clinic nearby for large animal species if needed.

  • Yes we do have some tech appointments available for injection visits, bloodwork rechecks, nail trim visits and some others. We do offer vaccine appointments, but a doctor will always perform a physical exam before any vaccination to ensure your pet is healthy enough for it. This helps us catch early signs of illness and provide the safest care possible.

  • Please call us or use our medication refill request form. We ask for 24–48 hours' notice to process refill requests. Some medications may require an updated exam or lab work before refilling.

  • We do not offer in-house payment plans. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept debit, credit cards, and cash — no cheques or e-transfers.

  • Yes, we do! These services may require an appointment, especially for pets who are nervous or reactive. We may recommend sedation for pets who find these procedures stressful.

  • Absolutely. We’re happy to provide second opinions and review past records with you. Please ensure you have your pet’s history or ask your previous vet to forward the records to us.

  • Yes — dental disease often hides under the gumline. We recommend regular exams and may suggest cleanings based on tartar, gum health, and odor. Early dental care prevents pain and long-term health issues.

  • The day before, we’ll give you instructions specific to your pet (e.g., no food after a certain time). On surgery day, we’ll review consent forms and go over any pre-anesthetic bloodwork, sedation options, and aftercare. You can also visit our Surgery Day page for more info!

  • Yes! Microchipping is a simple and effective way to permanently identify your pet in case they become lost. It’s often done at the time of spay/neuter or during a regular visit.
